Terms of Service

1. The service

Almenu hosts a bilingual digital menu for your restaurant on every plan, including the free one, with its own QR code. Ordering, the Kitchen Display and the per-table QR sheet are capabilities of Pro and Enterprise; the AI menu assistant is a capability of Pro and Enterprise. We may add, change, or remove features to improve the service.

2. Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of your restaurant information, for your menu content, and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must have the right to publish the content you upload.

3. Plans

Paid plans are priced per branch per month and billed for the term you choose, monthly or annually, excluding 15% VAT. These are the plans we sell:

• Free — no charge, no card, no term.
• Starter — 7 SAR per branch per month when billed annually, or 25 SAR per branch per month when billed monthly, excluding VAT.
• Pro — 79 SAR per branch per month when billed annually, or 155 SAR per branch per month when billed monthly, excluding VAT.
• Enterprise — quoted under a contract rather than sold at a list price.

4. Buying and changing a plan

There is no self-serve purchase on this website: nothing is charged to you here, and a plan change is arranged directly with us. If you hold a plan we no longer sell, it keeps the price, limits and capabilities it had when you bought it until you choose to change it.

5. Trials

We may grant your account a trial of a higher plan, at our discretion, for the plan and the period we state when we grant it and up to a maximum period we set. A trial is a grant, not a purchase: it is not invoiced, it does not change the plan you hold, and we may end it. While it runs your account gets whichever of the two plans is higher, so a trial can never take anything away. When it expires your account returns to the plan you actually hold — the free plan if you have not bought one. You keep your account, your menu, your items, your media and your order history; you lose the capabilities the trial added, so if ordering was one of them the cart disappears from your menu and no new orders can be placed, while the orders already taken stay in your dashboard.

6. Add-ons

Add-ons are sold separately from plans and are never part of one. No add-on is available for purchase, so nothing beyond the plan you hold is included in your subscription.

7. Voice

Voice is not part of any plan and is not sold. Where we switch it on for a restaurant it is a pilot at our discretion: no price, no commitment, and we may switch it off.

8. Fair use of the AI assistant

The assistant's allowance is measured per restaurant, not per diner or per branch, in two dimensions — a daily burst and a rolling seven-day budget — and a request is refused when either is exhausted. A refusal because an allowance ran out is always distinguishable from a refusal because your plan does not include the feature. We may set a different allowance for an individual account. Automated or bulk use of the assistant, or use of it for anything other than helping your guests choose from your menu, may be limited or suspended.

9. Payments to you

When you enable online payments, a third-party gateway (e.g. Moyasar) processes diner payments and settles funds to your account under its own terms and fees. Almenu is not a payment processor and does not hold your funds.

10. Acceptable use, availability and liability

Don't use Almenu for unlawful content, to infringe others' rights, or to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform or its AI features. We work hard to keep Almenu fast and available, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior three months.

11. Changes and termination

You may stop using Almenu at any time. We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to account owners. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
