These terms govern your use of Almenu. By creating an account you agree to them. Please read them carefully.
1. The service
Almenu provides digital menu, ordering, kitchen-display, AI-assistant, and analytics tools for restaurants. We may add, change, or remove features to improve the service.
2. Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of your restaurant information, for your menu content, and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must have the right to publish the content you upload.
3. Plans and billing
Free is available at no cost. Paid plans are priced per branch and billed for the term you choose (monthly or annually), excluding 15% VAT. At launch, plan upgrades are arranged directly with us; automated billing is a fast-follow.
4. Payments to you
When you enable online payments, a third-party gateway (e.g. Moyasar) processes diner payments and settles funds to your account under its own terms and fees. Almenu is not a payment processor and does not hold your funds.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use Almenu for unlawful content, to infringe others' rights, or to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform or its AI features.
6. Availability and liability
We work hard to keep Almenu fast and available, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior three months.
7. Changes and termination
You may stop using Almenu at any time. We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to account owners. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
